Despite the Coronavirus lockdown being eased, nothing much has changed at the moment in regard to funerals, and therefore the position currently remains as follows:
We are continuing to carry out funerals as required. However, we are not currently able to meet clients in person, and instead are arranging funerals either by phone or skype.

We are not open to personal callers at the current time.
The Church of England are currently reviewing funeral services but at present remain suspended. Families may wish to consider holding a memorial service at a later date when restrictions are lifted.
Please note that the number of mourners permitted to attend a funeral are restricted – the number varies according to location but is limited to a maximum of between 10 and 20 people.
No-one who is self-isolating should attend a funeral.
At the funeral service, those living within the same household may sit together, but a distance of at least 2 metres must be kept between all other people.
At the Crematorium, the coffin will generally be carried in before the mourners enter the chapel. The curtains will close at the end of every service. It is not permitted for mourners to touch or kiss the coffin, or to place flowers upon it. (Floral tributes delivered to our office in advance will still be allowed, although please be aware there may be a shortage of flowers at present and therefore it may not be possible to source specific blooms).
Crematorium can generally offer a webcast of the funeral to allow family and friends to watch the service either live, or at a later time. We will arrange this for you, and advise you of the crematorium fees depending on the options chosen.
We are now able to provide our limousine service for a maximum of three passengers only to ensure social distancing with our drivers.
